Privacy policy

EstimeC is governed by Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Data we collect. Information you provide through our contact form or client portal (name, email, phone, project description) plus any plans and documents you upload. Final estimates are retained 7 years per industry norms.

Use. Your data is used solely to produce your estimate and communicate with you. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Hosting. All client data is hosted in Canada (ca-central-1 region) per the Law 25 data-residency requirement.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to info@estimec.ca. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies. We use only functional cookies (session, language preference). No advertising tracking.
