Acceptance. By using this site and our services, you accept these terms.

Services. Estimates produced by EstimeC are professional estimates based on the documents provided. They do not commit the firm beyond the terms agreed in the service contract.

Limitation of liability. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Intellectual property. Delivered estimates belong to you. EstimeC's internal templates, methodologies, and software remain our property.

Modification. We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are communicated by email to active clients.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec.
